So I disappeared from the blogging world for awhile. In fact, I actually disappeared from the social network world and in some ways just from the social world in general. I had some health issues that kept me as a bit of a recluse and then was having difficulties getting back into the swing of things. But don’t fret! I have not forgotten my goals! If anything, it’s only just motivated me to push harder.
I’m starting to feel like myself again and am getting even more serious about living a healthy lifestyle. Since my last post I’ve made some changes in my diet, started a new health program, entered a few races (Mitsubishi City Chase and Starbucks Run for Women) and am just feeling like it’s time to revisit the world of blogging. I was really starting to miss it! So if all goes as planned I will have some new posts for you real soon and I’ll let you in on my newest races, goals and challenges.
