Slow Cooked Honey Glazed Ham

Recipe adapted from: Stephanie O’Dea’s Year of Slow Cooking

While planning my Easter dinner, I was super excited to find out that I could actually cook my ham in the crockpot! Talk about a super simple, no fail recipe!

Ingredients:

5-7 pound bone-in ham
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup Earth Balance Buttery Spread
1 teaspoon gluten free Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon sucanat
2 teaspoons ground thyme

The Directions.

Use a 6-quart slow cooker. Put ham into slow cooker. In a small bowl, combine vinegar, honey, Earth Balance spread, Worcestershire sauce, sucanat, and thyme. Pour mixture evenly over the ham. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours, or until heated through.
