Peanut Butter Banana Shake


This is one of my favorite quick and easy meals.  This protein packed shake is nutritious and delicious.  Tastes so good you’ll feel like you’re cheating!

 

1 cup milk (can substitute almond or soy)

1 scoop Protein Powder

1 Tbsp Natural Peanut or Almond Butter

1 Banana

4 ice cubes

Add all ingredients in your Magic Bullet or blender.  Blend away and enjoy!
